To formalize the service, at the time you purchase one of our standard packages, or formalize with our sales department a personalized tatami rental service, we will send you the contract to return it to us signed. This contract is the legal document that allows us to provide the rental service under the stipulated conditions.
* Note about the standard packs: When the customer purchases one of the standard packs we have for sale, an order confirmation email will be sent to him/her and a pdf with the contract will be attached, with the instructions to fill it in and return it to you signed.
Deposit on Puzzle Floor Rental
In the rental service, a deposit is also established, which is exempt from VAT, and is paid per piece. This deposit is always 7 €/piece, regardless of the number of pieces rented. The deposit is a deposit that we establish as a guarantee of the product we deliver.
The deposit is refunded when the material is returned to our warehouse, provided that there is no deterioration or damage to the material.
