Prices:

Product prices shown in this website don’t include delivery costs and processing costs. This costs will be shown just as the user give the needed information to calculate it.

Availability:

All orders are subject to products availability. Due to the variability of demand or other external causes, it is possible than some products availability is afected for a certain period of time. In this case, users may reserve products by contacting us via email or telephone.

Payment:

Our website ofers two ways of payment; paypal and credit card. Some of this ways of payment implies processing costs that will be applied to the purchase amount. These costs will be told to the user befor finishing the purchase.

Warranty:

According to Spanish law, all our products are provided with a 2 years warranty period, starting with the purchase date. To exercise the right of claim the original purchase receipt will be required in order to verify the purchase.

This warranty does not include damages caused by misuse o bad maintenance of the product nor those damages derived from causes external to the company (e.g. fires, inundations, etc.)

Replacement and Refund Policy:

• Clients should inspect the material at the moment of receiving it. In case of detecting any fault, it will be necessary to write it down on the delivery note in order to file a claim.
• In case of receiving damaged items the reclamation period is 14 days from the delivery date. After this period requests about this kind of damages will not be handled.
• Refunds will be always done in the same method of payment used for the purchase. Transportation costs will be payed by the client.
• For items return they should be insde its original packaging. If it is not possible, the material should be packed properly to protect them from any damage during its transportation.
• Used items can not be returned

Delivery conditions:

Deliveries will be done by the transportation company working with us.

The delivery time is within 2 and 4 working days for Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and 4-5 days for France and Portugal. This delivery time is aproximated and may suffer changes due to reasons external to INOUT. In case of delay in the delivery INOUT is not responsible for damages that this situation may cause.
